* Epiphanies happen in the strangest places. Today during lunch I was walking over to City Hall to renew my license plates. As I crossed Tucker Boulevard, I suddenly felt like a tourist in St. Louis, as if I was just visiting and walking around downtown. It was a strangely exhilirating feeling.
