Rock shows! Live Shows!
- Dinosaur Jr. continues its reunion tour this weekend in New York, with two shows tonight and tomorrow at Rebel, the new rock club (but the old Downtime, for those of you who've rehearsed at the Music Building over the years). (Note: I've been in the old Downtime over the years, and played its stage once, and am interested to see how they've re-worked the space to accomodate bigger bands)
- See the band Moi? play Fontana's Saturday night at 9pm - their blend of glammy Durannie and harder pop influences meets at the intersection betwen Be-Bop Deluxe and the (old) Killers (that's one helluva street corner!) - More at their MySpace page.
- And a quick shoutout to the rockers in The Primms, who play a midnight set at Sin-e on Saturday night. Always a good time drinking Pimms, er seeing Primms....
